Simon considers his porn consumption a problem and, in February, belatedly launches his own No Nut November. With his camera, he documents his abstinence, talks to two fellow challengers who also struggle with giving up porn, and, through conversations with his parents, his girlfriend, and addiction counseling, searches for a deeper meaning in his dependency. With courage, self-reflection, and wit, the film reveals the darker sides of porn consumption and its effects on one’s own sexuality.
