Olli, nicknamed ‘Beule’, and Anja repair boats in a ramshackle workshop somewhere in northern Germany. The roof leaks, their bank account is empty, but they love each other. No arguments, no lies, no drama, until Anja suddenly wants a child. Beule, who often gets into fights because of his outbursts of anger, is terrified of becoming a father. When Anja becomes pregnant and Beule starts an affair, the mood begins to change rapidly.
