Marie, an 80-year-old woman battling terminal cancer, has decided to end her life on her own terms. She embarks on a journey accompanied by her dysfunctional family and her kind-hearted caregiver Rudy. During the trip, Marie does many things she hasn't done in a long time: she swims in the sea, dances to pop music, and sits around the campfire late at night. But eventually, the small group approaches their destination, and Marie is faced with a decision.
