On September 12 and 13, 2026, we cordially invite all Munich residents to the annual KINOFEST. For the price of only 5 euros, every interested visitor can attend any film for an entire cinema weekend - a community experience for young and old!The weekend's program features a wide range of films: from international cinematic highlights such as The Odyssey and The Invite to this year's Cannes Best Director winner, Vaterland, starring Sandra Hüller. All films in the regular program are included.* Festivals such as Queerfilmfestival and Fantasy Filmfest, special events and events by third-party organizers are not included in the Kinofest.
