Using only archive footage and AI-generated audio tracks of original quotes, documentary filmmaker Arthur Franck has succeeded in bringing a crucial piece of history to life. The negotiations in Helsinki in 1975 at the Conference on Security and Cooperation in Europe, which were dragging in large parts, can be seen here as a high flight of diplomatic art.
