On September 13 and 14, 2025, we cordially invite all Munich residents to the annual KINOFEST. For the price of only 5 euros, every interested visitor can attend any film for an entire cinema weekend - a community experience for young and old!The program of the weekend includes a wide range of films: from new releases such as 22 BAHNEN, based on the novel by Caroline Wahl, to the German Oscar entry SOUND OF FALLING and the comedy THE ROSES starring Benedict Cumberbatch and Olivia Colman.* Festivals such as Queerfilmfestival and Fantasy Filmfest, special events and events by third-party organizers are not included in the Kinofest.
